The group of Henry Banda, Sakwiba Sikota and the Ventriglia family are now the new face of corruption in Zambia. The group manages to either ‘buy’ resources their money power or start defaming people who have refused to join hands with them in account of looting Zambia. The incident at the Portland Cement Zambia is an exclusive example of how low these conspirators can reach to have their objective fulfilled. Earlier Dr. Mahtani & Zambia had been peacefully operating the factory and it was making super profits. But after the premise was taken over by the Ventriglia family, the factory witnessed a serious downfall. Events such as offshore transfer from factory cash box, unreasonable grounds of termination of the factory workers and stopping the production facility are some of the sad events that have taken place meanwhile.

Dr. Mahtani & Zambia have been constantly trying to uplift the lifestyle of the locals by helping them to get jobs. The most urgent need of Zambia is to discover power in their man force and move ahead towards the path of economic independence. But at the moment, we are finding that there is nothing more than corruption that prevails in Zambia. A group of people are trying to change their fortune and in the process are destroying the future of thousands innocent citizens. If this is not changed shortly, then the future of Zambia may be penalized with poor infrastructure and greater cases of unemployment.
