Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani, a noted businessman and philanthropist from Zambia, was recently conferred with one of the top philanthropy and business awards in Zambia. It was the Forbes ‘Best of Africa’ award ceremony. Forbes recognised the contributions made by Dr. Rajan Mahtani in philanthropy and charity, along with his significant contributions towards Zambian economy such as redefining the banking sector of Zambia. As such, Forbes conferred Dr. Rajan Mahtani with the Forbes ‘Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year’ award 2021. Dr. Rajan Mahtani accepted the award in a humble manner. He said he is honoured to achieve this award and he thanked Almighty God to be in his support despite facing several challenges in his life.
